Staying focused on your goals can be difficult. The reason? There are many, including setting the wrong goals, measuring progress the wrong way, unwittingly sabotaging your efforts, and falling into the “smart people” thinking traps.
It turns out there is a science to setting and reaching goals, and it doesn’t begin with making a list of your goals. Using an approach based on years of research, we go beneath the surface to help you set the right goals for you. We can teach you how to use the goal process correctly so you don’t waste time and energy pursuing the wrong goals, sending you in the wrong direction.
Because successful people lead busy and demanding lives, we work around your schedule, including evenings and weekends. To stay on target with achieving results, we recommend at least one phone call a week. Plans include one or more phone calls per week and e-mails along with meetings in person if convenient. Coaching can be implemented on a project basis or month-to-month, depending on your requirements. And coaching can always be part of a corporate project to improve total performance.
